07Project delivery / dedicated teams / ongoing support

Your software development partner.

Work with Async on a defined project, a monthly dedicated development team, or ongoing software maintenance and support. We build websites, mobile apps and business software, and connect AI workflows to existing systems.

Discuss your project

BEFORE THE CONTRACT

Scope the working relationship before committing.

Your proposal should make it possible for a product owner, technical lead and procurement team to understand what they are buying. These are the decisions to settle together.

  1. Define the first decision

Describe the business problem, current system and release deadline. Identify the person who accepts the work and the evidence they will need, such as tests, a demonstration or a documented handover.

  2. Review access and constraints

List required integrations, deployment environments and security requirements. Flag vendor reviews or data-residency constraints before sharing access. Use anonymized examples for the initial conversation.

  3. Agree on delivery and cost

Choose the engagement model and confirm available capacity. Separate development from hosting, external services and support. Write down how the team estimates and approves changes.

  4. Plan operation and exit

Agree on repository access, documentation and deployment ownership. Define who handles incidents and how work transfers to your team or another provider when the engagement ends.

Send a short brief with your current technology, the work you need, preferred engagement, time zone and target start date. Include your vendor requirements, but do not send passwords, private customer records or confidential documents through the enquiry form.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

Choose how we work with your team.

01

Project build

For a website, application or integration with a defined release. We scope the deliverables and acceptance criteria, then agree on milestones and a change process. Ongoing support can be scoped alongside the build.

02

Monthly dedicated team

For a product roadmap or a backlog that needs continued development. Agree on the roles, monthly capacity and delivery responsibilities before work starts. Your priorities guide the backlog; the proposal sets the review schedule and commercial terms.

03

Maintenance and support

For software that needs fixes, dependency updates or planned improvements after launch. We review the existing system before proposing coverage. Support hours, response targets and exclusions belong in the agreement; 24/7 coverage is not a default promise.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

Bring these requirements to the proposal.

  1. 01Business goal, first release and acceptance criteria
  2. 02Existing codebase, integrations and access requirements
  3. 03Team roles, availability and named decision-makers
  4. 04Budget, billing model and approval process for scope changes
  5. 05Code ownership, third-party licences and handover requirements
  6. 06Security review, data handling and deployment responsibilities
  7. 07Support hours, incident escalation and maintenance scope
  8. 08Documentation and transition plan at the end of the engagement

WHERE IT FITS

Common problems we can solve together.

A business replacing manual operations

Connect a customer portal, internal application or AI workflow to the systems your staff use. Start with the process and access rules so the scope includes the work around the interface.

A product team with a growing backlog

Add delivery capacity for mobile or web releases. Agree on who owns product decisions, how changes are reviewed and how Async's work fits your team's release process.

An existing application that needs care

Review the code, deployment setup and outstanding problems before committing to maintenance. Separate urgent fixes from larger changes that need their own estimate.

HOW ASYNC WORKS

Remote delivery with an agreed working schedule.

We welcome enquiries from organizations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and across Europe, including Germany. Share your time zone and procurement requirements early. We agree on meeting overlap, written updates and approval responsibilities before work starts. Delivery is remote; working hours and support coverage are agreed per engagement.

QUESTIONS / ANSWERED

Before we start.

01Can we hire Async as an ongoing technology partner?

Yes. Async offers project builds, monthly dedicated development teams, and ongoing maintenance and support. The right model depends on your roadmap, existing software and available budget. Scope, capacity and commercial terms need an agreed proposal.

02How much does a dedicated development team cost?

Cost depends on the roles and capacity you need, the codebase, integrations and delivery responsibilities. Share your backlog and expected start date so we can scope a proposal. Hosting, external software and support should be identified separately; we do not publish a universal monthly price.

03Can you maintain software built by another team?

We can assess an existing application for a maintenance engagement. Access to its code, deployment documentation and issue history helps us identify risks and estimate the work. Coverage is agreed after that review, rather than promised before we see the system.

04Can you work with our procurement and security requirements?

Share your vendor checklist before the proposal. We can discuss access controls, code ownership, data handling, documentation and support requirements during scoping. Any certification, contractual requirement or response target needs specific confirmation; it is not implied by this page.

05Do you work with teams in North America, Australia and Europe?

We welcome remote engagements from the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Europe. Tell us your time zone and required meeting overlap. The proposal should confirm working hours, communication and handover arrangements. We do not claim an office in each market.
